RTI (Operating under the aegis of MGI/RTI Council) Miss S. Ramdin (Project Manager RTI)
The Rabindranath Tagore Institute, an educational and cultural centre for the promotion of shared values, was inaugurated in December 2002 and operates today under the aegis of the Mahatma Gandhi Institute and Rabindranath Tagore Institute Council. The attractive campus of the RTI has been established in memory of Rabindranath Tagore. The foundation stone of the RTI was laid on 12th March 2000 by Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Prime Minister of India and Dr. the Hon. Navinchandra Ramgoolam, Prime Minister of the Republic of Mauritius at Ilot, Pamplemousses. |
